Shawn Flaherty was an invited speaker at the Illinois Government Finance Officers Association (IGFOA) Basic Revenue Seminar held on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at Northern Illinois University’s Naperville Campus in Naperville, Illinois. Mr. Flaherty spoke on basic property tax issues and referenda issues following the passage of Public Act 94-976.
