Karl Ottosen will participate in the 25^th Annual Chicago-Kent College of Law Illinois Public Sector Labor Relations Law Conference to be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 in Chicago. Mr. Ottosen will be a member of the Police & Firefighter Forum workshop.
