Carolyn Welch Clifford has been invited to speak at the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys annual conference being held June 27th through June 29th. Ms. Clifford will be part of two panel presentations: “Don’t Do the Crime if You Can’t Lose the Time: Constitutional Issues and Best Practices for Benefits Forfeiture Cases,” and “Public Safety Affinity Group.” NAPPA is a legal professional and educational organization whose purpose is to provide educational opportunities and informational resources for its member attorneys.
